Preferred Volume	1 mL bone marrow aspirate
Minimum Volume	1 mL bone marrow aspirate & 1 cm core biopsy

Send slides at room temperature

Send core and clot in zinc formalin at room temperture

Send EDTA and Sodium heparin tube at room temperature

All should be sent as soon as possible preferably recieved within 24hrs of collection

Light microscopy
